Busan plans to launch a three-month pilot program starting next month, the first of its kind in Korea, permitting large suitcases on city buses.
Demand has grown due to foreign tourists. Under current transport regulations, only carry-on size suitcases of up to 20 inches are allowed, causing inconvenience for passengers with larger luggage.
