Girl group Viviz is considering a name change after its three members signed with Uncore, its new agency announced Monday.

“For swift and smooth resumption of the three members’ activities, a new name is now being considered,” Uncore said. The new name and detailed plans are expected to be unveiled at a later date.

Members Eunha, SinB and Umji signed an exclusive management contract with Uncore after announcing their departure from Big Planet Made in March this year due to the agency’s failure to make payments and its breach of trust.

Viviz debuted in 2022 under the Big Planet Made and is best known for “Maniac” (2023), “Shhh!” (2024) and “Bop Bop!” (2022). The three members were also former members of the girl group GFriend, which debuted in 2015 and disbanded in May of 2021.

Uncore was founded in 2024 and also represents boy band Close Your Eyes.
