Where can I buy the paper off the newsstand?
You can find Korea JoongAng Daily-NYT at bookstores and some convenience stores in Seoul.

How often is the paper published?
The Korea JoongAng Daily - The New York Times is distributed from Monday to Friday, with only The New York Times on Saturday. The paper is not published on Lunar New Year, Chuseok, Labor Day (5/1) and Christmas (12/25).
When does the paper arrive?
The paper usually arrives around 6 a.m. However, readers outside Seoul and the metropolitan area will receive issues one day late.

How do I pay for my subscription?
All payments are made in advance.
You can pay for the paper in one of the following three ways.

Credit Card: Please inform us of the type, number, expiration date and the cardholder’s name.

Direct Deposit: You can go to a nearby bank and wire your payment to the following account.

Is it possible to temporarily stop delivery? Who should I contact if I move to another address?
If you want to put a temporary hold on your subscription for a vacation or business trip, please email [email protected]. If you move to a new address, please let us know so we can rearrange delivery.
Is it possible to get a refund?
As a rule, a refund is not possible, but, in case of service problems, a refund of 2,000 won per copy will be processed.
