Large electronic billboards are on display near Gwanghwamun Square in central Seoul on April 5. The Seoul Metropolitan Government and billboard operators have agreed to shorten the operating hours of 30 large electronic billboards in the Gwanghwamun and Myeongdong areas for five days starting on April 6 as part of energy-saving measures. The operating hours will be adjusted from the current 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
