Singer Tiffany Young has signed an exclusive contract with the Korean branch of Pacific Music Group (PMG), the company said Thursday.
PMG is an entertainment company founded by artists and executives including American R&B singer Ne-Yo, Indian music director Sonu Nigam and former Warner Music executive Jonathan Serbin. The company recently established its Korea branch and appointed Samuel Ku as chief executive.
Young becomes PMG Korea’s first signed artist. PMG Korea plans to use Young’s signing as a starting point for expanding its roster and developing more global collaboration projects, the company said.
“PMG has understood my journey from Girls’ Generation to my solo music, acting and musical work,” Young said. “It understands not only the results and milestones, but also the intention and meaning behind them.”

“As I enter the next phase of my career, I’m focusing more than ever on intention, detail and building genuine connections with people through the work I create,” she added.
Young is also preparing for activities tied to the 10th anniversary of her solo debut and expressed excitement about starting a new chapter with PMG Korea.
“I’m very happy and honored to begin this new chapter with PMG,” she said. “Most of all, I’m looking forward to sharing this special moment with the fans who have been with me on this journey, because my music has always been for them.”
Young, born in 1989, debuted in 2007 as a member of the K-pop girl group Girls’ Generation. She has since expanded her career as an actress, appearing in the JTBC series “Reborn Rich” (2022) and taking the stage in musicals including “Chicago.”
Young recently tied the knot with actor Byun Yo-han, in February.
