Two new boy bands, produced by Kim Jae-joong of the boy band JYJ, will make their official debut in the first half of this year, their agency iNKODE Entertainment said on Wednesday.
The debut of the new boy bands, one named Keyvitup and the other Vay Onn, was announced on iNKODE Entertainment’s official social media accounts on Wednesday. The bands consist of 11 male trainees, divided into two groups.
Keyvitup will comprise five members: Taehwan, Hyunmin, Sena, Jaein and Rukia.
Vay Onn will consist of six: Masato, Sen, Sun Jiayang, Peng Jinyu, Teru and Mano.
Keyvitup plans to debut in April, while Vay Onn is eyeing a debut in June, according to iNKODE Entertainment.
“The two bands have completely different concepts and sounds,” said iNKODE Entertainment. “We plan to take advantage of each team's unique identity and appeal to fans from all over the world.”
The 11 trainees were revealed through the debut project “INTHE X” last November. They have already engaged with fans through meet and greets and the “Fortune” tour, which took place in January.

Kim, behind the production of the two boy bands, debuted in 2003 as a member of the boy band TVXQ. After he and members Kim Jun-su and Park Yoo-chun left the group, the three formed JYJ.
Kim is also active as a solo singer and actor, known for his roles in SBS’s “Protect the Boss” (2011), MBC’s “Dr. Jin” (2012) and KBS’s “Manhole” (2017).
He has also produced a girl group, Say My Name, which debuted in October 2024.
