During a meeting at the Presidential Office in Yongsan on Monday, President Yoon Suk Yeol refrained from responding to three key proposals made by conservative People Power Party (PPP) leader Han Dong-hoon: suspension of first lady Kim Keon Hee's public activities, cooperation in addressing the allegations involving her and a personnel reshuffle of presidential aides perceived to have close ties with her. The 81-minute meeting, conducted over tea without a meal, reportedly saw President Yoon dodging questions and repeatedly saying, “You'll see.” Observers have characterized the outcome as being “virtually a fruitless meeting.”
