Boy band Stray Kids will kick off its “RUN IT” world tour in Seoul next month, its agency JYP Entertainment said Tuesday.

The group will hold five opening shows at the KSPO Dome in Songpa District, southern Seoul, on July 25, 26 and 29 and Aug. 1 and 2.

The first overseas destination is set to be Japan, with shows scheduled in Tokyo in August, Nagoya and Osaka in September and Fukuoka in October. For the Tokyo act, the group will perform at the MUFG Stadium, also known as the new Japan National Stadium.

“Stray Kids has become the first overseas male artist to perform a standalone concert at the Japan National Stadium through this world tour,” JYP Entertainment said.

The world tour is scheduled to continue in Hong Kong and Taipei in December, Bangkok in January of next year and Singapore in March. Additional dates and venues are expected to be announced at a later date.

The forthcoming world tour is slated to happen nine months after the band concluded its third world tour “dominATE” in 35 regions worldwide with 56 performances in October of last year.

On Wednesday, Stray Kids is set to unveil a track, “Run It,” from its upcoming EP “This & That.” The EP is scheduled for release in August.

Stray Kids debuted in 2018. The eight-member boy band is best known for songs such as “God’s Menu” (2020), “Thunderous” (2021), “Maniac” (2022) and “Walkin on Water” (2024).
