Singer Hoshi of boy band Seventeen will release a new track, “Snapback,” on Monday, according to his agency Pledis Entertainment.

The release is set to drop at 6 p.m. to commemorate Hoshi's birthday, June 15, 1996.

Hoshi participated in song composition and lyric writing.

"It would be an upbeat track combined with witty lyrics, guitar sounds and refined rhythm," the agency said in a press release.

Alongside his group activities, Hoshi has pursued his solo career since 2021 with his first mixtape “Spider.” His solo discographies include “Take a Shot” (2025), “Fallen Superstar” (2025) and “Baby, Honey” (2026).

Hoshi, who debuted in 2015 as a member of Seventeen, is currently serving in the Korean Army for his mandatory military service. He is scheduled to be discharged in March 2027.

Seventeen is scheduled to hold its fan meet-and-greet event — Seventeen in Carat Land — at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on Saturday and Sunday.
