Entertainer Jun Hyun-moo, Seohyun of Girls' Generation to return as hosts for the Fact Music Awards

Entertainer Jun Hyun-moo and singer Seohyun of the girl group Girls’ Generation will co-host the Fact Music Awards in September, the event’s organizers said on Wednesday.

The upcoming ceremony — the ninth edition of its kind — will take place at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on Sept. 19.

Seohyun has hosted the Fact Music Awards since the inaugural ceremony, while Jun has served as M.C. every year except 2021.

Entertainer Jaejae is set to host the red carpet.

The last two Fact Music Awards were held overseas. The seventh edition took place in Osaka, Japan, in 2024, and the eighth in Macau last year.

Boy band Stray Kids won the grand prize, “Honor of the Year,” at last year’s ceremony.

Additional details, including the list of participating artists and the date for ticket sales, will be announced in the future.
