![Owners of indoor gyms demanding that the government and the ruling Democratic Party lift obligatory vaccine passes protest in front of the DP’s headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, on Wednesday. Since Nov. 1, the government’s social distancing regulations have been eased, including no restrictions on business hours for cafes and restaurants and allowing up to 10 people to congregate. Several business types, including indoor gyms, noraebang and public bathhouses, still face restrictions. To use these venues, customers have to have a vaccine pass that verifies that they have been fully vaccinated.
