![A person looks at a bulletin on the empty window of a real estate agent's office Wednesday, in Songpa District, southern Seoul. As a standing committee passed the tenant protection law Wednesday, which protects jeonse tenants up to 4 years and limits price increases, the real estate market is seeing a massive shortage in supply of such properties, pushing the price up for 52 consecutive weeks.
