Kospi slides 3% on escalating Iran crisis, Fed hawkishness as won hits 17-year low
The benchmark Kospi plummeted 161.81 points, or 2.73 percent, to close at 5,763.22, ending a three-day rally after energy infrastructure was hit in Iran and the U.S. Federal Reserve chair signaled a hawkish stance following a rate freeze.
