Assembly passes bills on regional airports

The National Assembly on Thursday passed a pair of bills for relocating military airports in Daegu and Gwangju. The bills plan to move airports in the two cities in North Gyeongsang and South Jeolla to nearby sites, beginning construction in 2025.
