South Korea's 2024 democracy rating descends to 'flawed'
South Korea’s 2024 democracy index fell 10 places from the previous year to 32nd place out of 167 countries, dropping from the category of “full democracy” to “flawed democracy,” according to the Democracy Index 2024 released on Thursday by the EIU.
