Trump hints at hiking auto tariff higher as White House doubles down on key campaign pledges
U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday hinted at a further hike in tariffs on foreign automobiles and expanded the 50 percent tariffs on steel and aluminum imports to include products containing steel, such as washing machines and refrigerators.
