U.S. worker dies after head injury at Michigan LG Energy Solution construction site

According to Holland’s news outlets, a 41-year-old worker from Louisiana lost his life on Sept. 15 after being hit in the head by a plate of the pipe system that exploded during a pressurization test the previous day.
