'Comfort woman' asks top envoy to take case to ICJ
Lee Yong-soo, a former “comfort woman” victim, met Foreign Minister Chung Eui-yong on Wednesday and asked the Korean government to raise the sexual slavery issue at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to hold Japan accountable.
