Oh, nuts!

A Eurasian red squirrel drops its food while foraging in a pine forest in downtown Gangneung, Gangwon, on April 27. The species, known in Korean as cheongseo or cheongseolmo, belongs to the squirrel family. The name “cheongseo” literally means “blueish-green rat,” derived from Chinese characters, a traditional term used to describe squirrels. Experts believe the name also reflects its habit of living in evergreen trees such as pines or nut pines, or its bluish-gray fur. [YONHAP]
