Singer Jo Kwon will release his first new solo music in eight years, his agency Archive Achim said on Wednesday.
The upcoming single, “Like I Do,” will be released on March 27 and show “the authentic side of the artist under the glamorous layer he has presented himself in so far,” said the agency.
Music producers Mathilde Nyegaard and Noak Hellsing also took part in the making of the single, according to Archive Achim.
Jo Kwon debuted in 2008 as part of the boy band 2AM under JYP Entertainment. The band is best known for songs such as “Can't Let You Go Even If I Die” (2010) and “You Wouldn't Answer My Calls” (2012).
The singer has also starred in musicals such as “Rent” and “Kinky Boots.”
