HYBE's 2026 Weverse Con Festival to take place at KSPO Dome, Olympic Park this summer

BTS isn't the only group from HYBE that will hold a blockbuster performance in Seoul this year.

The K-pop giant will host its annual Weverse Con Festival at the KSPO Dome and the 88 Lawn Field at Olympic Park in southern Seoul over two days on June 6 and 7, HYBE announced on Tuesday.

The music festival, organized by HYBE's fan platform subsidiary Weverse, brings together artists under both HYBE and non-HYBE labels.

The theme for this year's Weverse Con Festival is “Newtopia,” a portmanteau of “new” and “utopia” that invokes a paradise-like festival in the heart of the city, according to organizers.

The 2026 lineup will be “even more diverse” than that of previous years, HYBE said, adding that it plans to increase the number of new acts and artists who do not use the Weverse platform.

The Weverse Con Festival opened its main stage to non-HYBE artists for the first time in 2024, marking a shift from its inaugural 2023 concert and preceding HYBE concert in 2021. The 2025 lineup included acts such as the sibling duo AKMU, girl group Fifty Fifty, Kyuhyun from boy band Super Junior and rock band Nell.

The Tribute Stage, the festival's closing event that spotlights veteran K-pop stars, featured singer and actor Uhm Jung-hwa in 2023, JYP Entertainment founder J.Y. Park in 2024 and BoA in 2025.

The 2026 lineup and artist for the Tribute Stage will be announced in stages starting in March.

The event is split into two programs: Weverse Con, which takes place indoors at KSPO Dome, and Weverse Park, which features performances outdoors at 88 Lawn Field.

The Weverse Con Festival will also once again host an evening outdoor stage after visitors responded positively to the live band arrangements last year, HYBE said.

The festival will be livestreamed on Weverse.
