The Moran Folk 5-Day Market in Seongnam, Gyeonggi, bustles on Monday morning a week before the Chuseok harvest festival.
The bazaar, which first opened in 1962, and which the city claims is Korea's largest folk market, opens every five days — the fourth, ninth, 14th, 19th, 24th and 29th — of every month, with vendors selling everything from household goods to food products.
