Napa cabbages are on display at a discount mart in downtown Seoul on Sunday as prices of fruits and vegetables spike following recent heavy downpours that damaged many farms.
The average wholesale price of a head of nappa cabbage stood at 5,144 won ($3.17) this month, up 1,500 won compared to last month, according to the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation.
