A welcoming reception for the 22nd National Assembly was held on Monday at Conrad Seoul in Yeouido, western Seoul.

Some 100 lawmakers including People Power Party floor leader Choo Kyung-ho and Democratic Party correspondent Park Chan-dae attended the ceremony.

Chey Tae-won, head of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Yang Jae-saeng, chairman of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with around 350 business figures also made appearances for the ceremony.
