The upcoming tvN drama series "Queen of Tears," as the title implies, will "explore all kinds of emotions through tears," lead actor Kim Soo-hyun said Thursday during a press conference for the series. The 16-episode series begins Saturday. The show's star-studded cast features Kim and Kim Ji-won as the two leads.
"Queen of Tears" was written by Park Ji-eun, the writer behind the hit series "Crash Landing on You" (2019–20) starring Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.
The writer worked with Kim Soo-hyun in her previous works "My Love from the Star" (2013–2014) and "The Producers" (2015) as well. The drama series will air every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 p.m.
