Who will win at this year's Blue Dragon Series Awards? Here are the nominees.
The Blue Dragon Series Awards, which recognize scripted and unscripted series released on streaming platforms, announced its nominees on Wednesday, ahead of its ceremony at Incheon Paradise City on July 31.

Veteran actor Hyun Bin and one of today’s most sought-after young actors, Park Ji-hoon, are set to battle for the Best Actor crown at the fifth Blue Dragon Series Awards.
The Blue Dragon Series Awards announced its nominees on Wednesday, ahead of its ceremony at Incheon Paradise City on July 31.
This year’s nominees were selected from scripted and unscripted series released on streaming platforms from June 1, 2025, to May 31, based on a combination of expert evaluations and the results of the first round of online voting.
Hyun Bin was nominated for his appearance in Disney+’s “Made in Korea” (2025), which is slated to release a second season later this year, while Park earned the spot for his role in Tving’s “The Legend of Kitchen Soldier.”
Other nominees for the award include Kim Seon-ho for his appearance on Netflix’s “Can This Love Be Translated?,” Kim Woo-bin for Netflix’s “Genie, Make a Wish” (2025) and Park Hae-soo for ENA’s “The Scarecrow.”
For the Best Drama category, “Made in Korea,” Tving’s “Yumi’s Cells” (2021–), Netflix’s “You and Everything Else” (2025), “The Legend of Kitchen Soldier” and “The Scarecrow” were nominated.

“The Scarecrow” earned the most nominations this year with six, from Best Drama to Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best New Actor and Best New Actress. “The Legend of Kitchen Soldier” followed with five nominations in four categories: Best Drama, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best New Actor.
Actor Go Youn-jung from “Can This Love Be Translated?” was nominated for Best Actress, alongside Kim Go-eun from “Yumi’s Cells,” Park Ji-hyun from “You and Everything Else,” Park Bo-young in Disney+’s “Gold Land” and Shin Hae-sun in Netflix’s “The Art of Sarah.”
The awards also honor unscripted series. The eighth reboot season of Coupang Play’s “Saturday Night Live Korea” (2021–), more commonly known as “SNL Korea,” and Netflix’s “Jae-seok’s B&B Rules!” led the field with five nominations each across four categories.

Four Netflix unscripted series — “Screwballs” (2025–), “Better Late Than Single” (2025), “Jae-seok’s B&B Rules!” and the second season of “Culinary Class Wars” (2024–) — and one from Coupang Play, the second season of “The White Collars” (2025), will face off for Best Entertainment Program.
Actor Byeon Woo-seok is also nominated for Best New Male Entertainer for his appearance on “Jae-seok’s B&B Rules!”
Established in 2022 as a spinoff of the Blue Dragon Awards, which is one of the most prestigious film awards in Korea, the Blue Dragon Series Awards recognize content produced for streaming platforms. Last year, the grand prize went to Netflix’s “When Life Gives You Tangerines” (2025), starring singer-actor IU and actor Park Bo-gum.
