Tomorrow X Together sets ‘Perfect Storm’ release

Boy band Tomorrow X Together will release its ninth EP “Perfect Storm” on Nov. 16, its agency BigHit Music announced Monday.

The upcoming EP will feature six songs. Further details are expected to be announced on Weverse at a later date.

The five members unveiled a surprise teaser clip for the upcoming release during a livestream on the fan platform Weverse a day earlier. The clip carried a nuanced sentence: “Something different is needed this time.”

Pre-save for the album on Spotify starts at 1 p.m. on Monday.

The quintet is set to kick off its fifth world tour “Steal the Wind” at KSPO Dome in southern Seoul from Nov. 13 to 15. The tour will continue in Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mexico, Hong Kong, the United States and European countries through June 2027.

Tomorrow X Together debuted in 2019 with the EP “The Dream Chapter: Star.” The quintet, consisting of members Soobin, Hueningkai, Beomgyu, Yeonjun and Taehyun, is known for its songs “Crown” (2019), “9 and Three Quarters (Run Away)” (2019), “0x1=Lovesong (I Know I Love You)” (2021) and “Sugar Rush Ride” (2023).
