Girls’ Generation-HRS, a subunit consisting of Hyoyeon, Yuri and Sooyoung, will release the single “Skibidi” at 6 p.m. on Monday, according to its agency SM Entertainment.

The single will include the title track “Skibidi” and “Lowkey In Love.” The title track is expected to feature Arabian string sounds and hip-hop, while the latter falls into the dance-pop genre.

The unit performed the two songs for the first time at the 2026 CassCool Festival in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, on Aug. 22.

A performance video for the title track will be unveiled on the agency’s official YouTube channel on Monday.

The unit took shape after Hyoyeon suggested the idea in a video posted on her personal YouTube channel on Sept. 24, 2025.

Girls’ Generation debuted as a nine-member group under SM Entertainment in 2007. After Jessica’s departure in 2014, the group has continued its activities as an eight-member act consisting of Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun.
