Girl group Le Sserafim's agency launches audition in Korea's coastal regions

Anyone born in or after 2008 is eligible to apply, regardless of their gender or nationality, and the agency will accept applications until Aug. 23.

Source Music, home to girl group Le Sserafim, will hold auditions across Korea’s coastal regions to discover aspiring talent, the agency announced on Monday.

Dubbed the “2026 Source Music Summer Audition,” the program will visit 10 coastal areas across the country: Incheon; Boryeong, South Chungcheong; Gunsan, North Jeolla; Haenam County and Mokpo, South Jeolla; Pohang, North Gyeongsang; Geoje, South Gyeongsang; Sokcho, Gangwon; and Wolpyeong-dong and Seogwipo on Jeju Island.

“The audition aims to give young people in Korea’s coastal regions an opportunity to pursue their dreams during the summer,” Source Music said in a press release.

Anyone born in or after 2008 is eligible to apply, regardless of their gender or nationality.

The agency will accept applications through its audition website from Monday to Aug. 23.

Applicants selected in the preliminary screening will advance to the next stage of the program, comprising regional in-person auditions, after which the agency will announce the final successful candidates.

The audition tour will begin in Incheon on Sept. 5 and conclude in Seogwipo on Jeju Island on Oct. 18.
