Girl group Hearts2Hearts to make Japanese debut in August

SM Entertainment’s rookie girl group will release its Japanese single “Iconic Heart” to the public on Aug. 12, following an online prerelease and TV appearance.

Girl group Hearts2Hearts will make its official Japanese debut on Aug. 12 with the single “Iconic Heart.”

The single will feature three total tracks, which will be prereleased on online music platforms on Aug. 10, two days ahead of the official release.

The girl group, under the SM Entertainment banner, had previously dropped the Japanese version of its song “Rude!” on March 18. 

Heart2Hearts will also perform “Lemon Tang” on “Music Station” (1986–), a long-running Japanese music show on TV Asahi, on Friday. 

The eight-member girl group, comprising members Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian and Ye-on, debuted in February 2025 with its first single “The Chase.” The group released both the digital single “Style” and its first EP “Focus” in 2025 before dropping “Rude!” on February 20.
