BTS will end this year’s run of its “BTS The City Arirang” project in Singapore, according to its agency BigHit Music on Monday.

The citywide program is scheduled to take over Singapore from Dec. 1 to 31, making it the longest installment of the series so far, as well as the project’s first and only time in Southeast Asia.

“BTS The City Arirang - Singapore” will launch ahead of the band’s performances at the National Stadium on Dec. 17, 19, 20 and 22 — the most dates in any single city in the Asia leg of its “Arirang” world tour, named after its most recent album.

The septet’s “The City Arirang” project has taken place in major metropolises, including Las Vegas, London and New York City, and features community engagement activities tailored to the respective city. It began in Seoul in March, when BTS embarked on the tour.

The Singapore edition will be hosted in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board.

The city-state will light up its iconic landmarks around Marina Bay and the Singapore River in red, the signature color of “Arirang.”

“This is the largest citywide destination project that we have collaborated on with […] any recording artist, and we are proud to bring this exclusive experience to the region for the first time,” Oliver Chong, the assistant chief executive of the international group at the Singapore Tourism Board, said. “We look forward to welcoming BTS fans from across the world to Singapore this December.”

The band is scheduled to continue its world tour through March 2027.

Its next stop is Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on Nov. 19.
