Hana Financial Group will run a groupwide campaign through Sept. 30 to mark the relocation of its headquarters to Cheongna, Incheon.

The campaign spans Hana Bank, Hana Securities, Hana Card and Hana Savings Bank and will combine customer promotions with region-specific financial support.

“The relocation of the group headquarters to Cheongna, set to be complete in September, marks a historic starting point for the company to put down new roots in Incheon and build its future there,” said a Hana Financial Group representative.

The group aims to become part of Incheon’s community and grow alongside it through the integrated campaign.

Hana Bank will issue 50,000 preferential-rate coupons offering up to 7 percent annual interest to Incheon residents, as well as raffle prizes, including a cruise trip and hotel stays in the region. The bank will also host a promotional video contest for local university students. Contest winners will receive scholarships of up to 2 million won ($1,385).

Hana Securities will enter the first 70,000 customers who buy domestic stock into a roulette event, with prizes including 1 million won in airline vouchers.

Hana Card will award 5,000 customers who spend at stores in Incheon a maximum of 50,000 Hana Money points each, and Hana Savings Bank will sell 5,000 special savings accounts offering up to 8 percent annual interest to residents.

Meanwhile, Hana Bank separately signed an 84 billion won guaranteed loan agreement with the Incheon Credit Guarantee Foundation to support small businesses and local commercial districts. It also plans to launch a 10 billion won loan product in August.
