Korea records 72,873 new Covid-19 cases Tuesday

Korea recorded 72,873 new cases of Covid-19 Tuesday, the largest number in 69 days but similar to last Tuesday, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
The number of critically ill patients was 461, a steep increase compared to the past couple of weeks. There were 45 deaths, bringing the accumulative total of deaths to 30,111.
The accumulative total of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Korea stands at 26,654,729.
